Overall Management of SG production.
• Production clearance for sales and keep record for production.
• IWO receiving / registration / process / record.
• Prepare daily MIS & sent to concern persons.
• Gives daily work instruction to operators as per the priority of works.
• Calculation of mixture gases/production of mixture gases/record of calculation & mixture preparation sheet.
• Record of production equipment log sheet.
• Maintenance of production equipment if required.
• Dispatch of customer & SIGAS cylinders / record of dispatched cylinders.
• Prepare weekly production plane / weekly production report / monthly production report and sent to concern persons through Email
Responsible to follow instruction given by Production Supervisor.
• Responsible for the filling of pure gas & mixture gases as per the instruction of Production Supervisor.
• Responsible to handle all the production equipment, machines, tools, cylinders, valve, raw material in a smooth & safe manner.
• Responsible to take necessary precaution while working as per the nature of job.
• Responsible to know the nature / safe hazard of all the gases & raw material used in SGC.
• Responsible for the maintenance of all production equipment's as per requirement.
• Keep record incoming customer / AHG cylinder.
• Proper shut down of all running production equipment at the end of shift.
Overall in charge for the oil sludge treatment activities for different reference by using Separation and Thermal technology.
•Implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
•I worked as Safety officer in SASREF (Saudi Aramco Shell Refinery Company) project.
Qualification:-
•Ability to work as Safety Engineer.
•Leader team & Production supervision.
•Dealing with compressed gases.
•Familiar with the chemical material
courses: Course English ate ELS center language in Malaysia for five months (intermediate). 2009
