Worked as a petroleum engineer at kalabsha area, the biggest field at Khalda Co. since 10/12/2012 till now and gained the following experience:
Wells Supervisions:
• Supervise and manage stimulation jobs applied on oil and gas wells beside Well Testing.
• Updating the daily drilling report with KPC representatives.
• E.S.P. (electrical submersible pump) evaluations, trouble shooting, pump selection and sizing and well production optimization.
• Prepare the commissioning plans & start up for new trunk lines and EPFs.
• Maintain the production and well data \{for Natural flow oil wells, artificial lift (E.S.P., Sucker rod pump) or gas wells\} to identify normal conditions, recommend and apply corrective actions.
Process Work:
• Follow up the activities and performance for crude oil treatment facilities:
-Crude oil separation, emulsion break and free water dumping.
-Crude oil treatment, heating and storage.
-Crude oil shipping.
• Follow up the activities and performance for water injection facilities.
• Follow up the commissioning of new devices.
• Be in direct contact with lab to assure meeting the desired specification.
Paper Work:
• Prepare daily production report.
• Prepare memos for the new jobs, production drop/increase justifications…etc.
I accept this position till finishing my Military Service papers.
