-Plan and Design Mobily internet services such as DPI, DNS, AAA and DHCP.
-Proof of Concept tests PoCs for internet VAS such as filtering and caching.
-Capacity plan and traffic load balance using A10 and F5.
-Integrate new solutions to production environment.
-Ensure that compliance is achieved in relation to project handover, including knowledge transferee and User Acceptances tests (UAT).
-Review comments and approve HLD documents which provides an overview of an entire system High-level design.
-Review comment and approve LLD document: Physical Connectivity Component and Devices, The Layer 1 and 2 Topology, The Layer 3 Logical topology, The Layer 3 routing and Security.
-Insure business continuity during the migration .
-Communicate with Vendors for new technologies assessments.

-Replace Recursive and Authoritative DNS.
-Infoblox DHCP for Mobily fixed services.
-Saudi communications authority for approval of new filtering solution.
-Phase out Datacenter and migrate to new Datacenters
-System owner of reporting solutions and test of Mobily IGW such as: Rsyslog, Cacti, iDashboard, Ookla Speedtest and FTP.
-Managed and configure internet services such as DHCP, DNS and RADIUS.
-Servers’ installation & Hardware troubleshooting.
-Analyzing (system logs & Packets) and identifying potential issues with computer systems and network.
-Automate some of operations tasks by scripts using shell
-Documents & Report System problems and resolution.
-Part of Mobily internet quality assurance committee
Working on the following topics:
1- Samsung WiMAX RAS & CPE installation, configuration and testing.
2- RAS Commissioning and RF test by using Signal Analyzer.
3- Site Qualification, Survey of Microwave and Transmission (PTP).
4- Microwave Installation, Troubleshooting and Alignment (NERA, DRAGONWAVE).
5- Optimization process including drive test and throughput test.
6- SIEMENS fixed network CPE installation and configuration.
