Roles & Responsibilities :
Roles:
Design Reviewing, Execution & Implementation of complete MEP Infra-structure works including Strom Water Network, Sanitary Network, Potable Water Network, Irrigation Network, Street Lighting System, Medium Voltage Cable Installation, Tele-Communication Cable Installation (Fiber Optic), Traffic Light System - including respective Manholes.
Design Reviewing, Execution & Implementation of Domestic Cold & Hot Water System inside building (except pump selection).
Execution & Implementation of HVAC System (Chilled Water System, Package Units & Ducted Split ACs)
Execution & Implementation of Fire Fighting/ Protection System (subjected to Civil Defense Approval)
Execution & Implementation of Electrical L.V. Power & Lighting System.
Execution & Implementation of Low Current Systems.
Making Material Requests.
Finalization & Approval of all Electro-mechanical drawings to be issued for execution.
Inspection & Approval of the MEP works executed on-site.
Preparation & finalization of our company’s monthly invoice to the Clients.
Negotiating/ Finalizing the Contracts for Sub Contractors.
Finalizing & approval of the invoices for the sub-contractors.
Coordinating the work & work force on-site.
Planning & Scheduling of Works & Labors.

c. Completed Installation & Commissioning of 4 Window Cleaning Equipment in KFUPM, Dhahran, Khobar. ( 3 months)
d. Completed Installation & Commissioning of 2 Window Cleaning Equipment in MATAR Office Tower. Khobar. ( 3 months)
