Cash Flow Management
• Perform cash flow forecasting based on the business plan/updated budget forecast and business priorities to ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.

• Advise on cost control measures in order to drive operational efficiencies in the Finance Division.
• Analyze and present reports pertaining to Treasury to Senior Leadership in order to provide a comprehensive overview and analysis of activities.
Market intelligence and relationship management
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions in order to enable smooth functioning of the Treasury department process. • Liaise with Treasury professionals outside Al-Othaim in order to identify potential Financial Institution and leverage their network to establish partnerships.
• Keep abreast with new investment opportunities at partner Financial Institutions as well as monitoring profiles, changes and developments at Financial Institutions through effective relationship management to identify the most optimal opportunities for liquidity investment.
• Gather market trends and intelligence and informing and advising the CFO and the Senior Leadership on their implications on the balance sheet.
• Ensure compliance with established company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate implementation of accounting and control procedures.
• Close monthly books of accounts and prepare various accounting and Financial statements while ensuring accuracy of financials.
• Provide data on day to day issues to operations, logistics & operational excellence.
• Control AR Over dues & Accounts has Been Confirmed.
• Reporting AR Aging with Ratios (DSO-AVG, DSO, CEI) for each Region, Customer, Salesman and Product Type Line.
• Report of Projected Collection for next Month.
• Reporting Inventory Aging with Ratios (DIO-AVG, DIO, TURNOVER, GM, TEI, GMROI) for each Region, Product Type Line & Direct Orders.
• Lead Monthly Physical Count Random Samples & Report any Differences.
• Staff cost report per cost center (Sales, admin, etc) and profit center.
• Provision&Amortization Calculation (Commission, EOS, Leave, Fixed Assets, Rent, Air Ticket, Insurance, Iqama prepaid, Gosi, AR, Slow moving, Zakah).
