• Define core technology capability required to support company’s departments and strategic objectives.
• Ensure IT infrastructure operations are running at adequate service levels

• Create user roll for internet usage to prevent login to some of web site and also to control time, download and internet speed for each user.
• Implement, configure and test feasible solutions
• Defines and documents company business functions and processes.
• Analyzes the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing functions and processes.
• Ensures the system design fits the needs of the employees.
• Translate functional area business requirements to roles and business process.
• Identifies opportunities for improving business processes
• Coordinate application development for multiple projects.
• Assist in troubleshooting software application issues.
• Producing detailed specifications and writing the programmed codes.
• Conduct all internal application development / testing activities.

• Maintaining the systems once they are up and running.
• Understanding and analyzing Staff requirements and translated to system Following Company Code standards.
• Implements User Interface - UI designs based on HCI and Heuristic Evaluation principles to ensure following of standard and best practices in all the assigned projects.
• Perform testing and debugging for the software to insure the software quality.
• Track the issues/bugs raised by users, and work with the development toward solving it.
• Works closely with Operations and Business Applications Team during the transition from
development to deployment to ensure proper/smooth handover of application.
• Maintenance of existing applications.
• Maintain, develop, and update the company existing application to ensure that it meets the company needs and has relevant content.
•Participate with the team in support of servers, PC’s, workstations and printers.
•Help Desk / End-user support for hardware, software and Windows operating systems.
•Provided a backup and a Rollback for the installed software and OS.
•Maintained inventory of IT assets.
