cloverleaf), completion of Al-Falah interchange (Abu Dubai) and
ROOD AL-FARAG main axis (35 Km of axis road with 12
interchange one of them cable stayed bridge over the Nile River.
The biggest Roads and Bridge projects in EGYPT with total amount
of about 5, 000 Million L.E.
* Supervise the contractor Team to approve all the required work
for bridges in Section 5 (34 Km) technically with the application
method of constructions in accession with General Authority For
Roads & Bridge in EYGPT with all the technical required and
according to international codes.
Job description
* Approval of all materials used in the project.
* Approval of all Concrete mixers.
* Responsible for all concrete plants in the project.
* Responsible for all Team Delay works of concrete.
* Prepares the weekly progress reports for quantities with the team.
* Assist the Team to preparing the monthly reports.
* Assist in preparing the final acceptance and completion report.
* Reviews and presents the contractors valuations payments for final
approval by Owner representative.
-Develop prospect qualification and strategic Work planning.
-Maximize revenue generation and exceed work schedule.
-Lead and motivate team members to achieve their target goals.
-Provide excellent projects relation with projects managers and make high level of
Communication with them.
-coordinate between the Team and the contractor of the project to insure avoiding
conflicts.

* Responsible for all procurements and Material from day one till finish supply.
Planning for Material and procurement team (5 Engineers & 6 purchasing
repetitive)to achieve the schedule by:-
-Develop prospect qualification and strategic procurements and material planning.
-Maximize revenue generation and exceed procurement schedule.
-Distribute the material requests as equal as possible on base of dividing the technical
into engineering specialty.
-Negotiate and close all Procurement transaction.
-Lead and motivate team members to achieve their target goals.
-Provide excellent projects relation with projects manager and make high level of
Communication with them.
-Develop and evaluate procurements tools and source to provide consistent responses
to all company projects.
-Follow up all Material team and give them all the support they need to get the max.
Result.
-follow up all construction sites (3 big complex projects) of all jobs and make reports
to be ready for the general manager requirements.
Supervising and technical advisor for pre-stressing works that the
Co. are involved in all over Egypt and Africa.

For bridge Construction specialty works :
* Responsible for all technical and supervision issue for shuttering systems,
per stressing systems for bridge, bearings and expansion joint
Studying, Prepare and submit technical offer for contractors.
Studding the tender with contractors and consultant in the tendering stage to
ensure working progress.
*Working in the following material with the a multinational companies :-
1- Shuttering system THYSSEN (Germany)

. Of October bridge design, supply and supervise the advanced shoring system for the supper
structure of the bridge for 4 spans 42m length each.

October Bridge).
- Sues cannel cable stayed bridge design, supply and supervise the advanced shoring system for
the supper structure of the bridge for 4 spans 36m length each.
-International Coastal roads Sector A&B Supply and supervise the shuttering system and per
stressed per cast operations.
1-Bearing, expansion joint and prestressing system for bridges importing this material
from the following companies:-
- TESIT spa (ITALY), MAGEBA sa (SWITZERLAND), HAGGIE RAND LIMITED
(SOUTH AFRICA) and OVM China.
-Consultant for Arab Contracting Co. in repairing Expansion joint (Thermal joint ) using
material from TELLEBORG Spain.

- Implementation of concrete and finishing (7 towers) 30 floors with
Tunnel Form system.
- Implementation of the carcass and finishing mosque.
- Implementation of complex Cinemas (7 Cinemas + amusement +
Bowling).
- Implementation of a shopping mall + shops towers.
- Implementation of a multi - story garage.
- The implementation of the project infrastructure networks and roads.
