Supervise the receiving of various products to the AirLOC area of the Theater Redistribution Center (TRC) yard.
Review all documentation received with respect to USG Property
Shipped products after being received to multiple areas of TRC and Demilitarization.
Assist the war fighter in finding materials in the ALOC warehouse useful to achieving the unit’s goals.
Receiving & Inventory supervision
Supervise the receiving of over 20 to 30+ trucks per day at the Demilitarization yard in compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
Oversee and review all documentation received with respect to USG Property (up to 5000 docs/day)
Perform yard inventory for over a million line items while accounting for all property inspected.
Ensures all general supplies are properly loaded and transported as directed.
Marked and labeled containers, container tags, or products, using marking tools.
Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products in order to ensure that packing specifications are met.
Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
Remove completed or defective products or materials, placing them on moving equipment such as conveyors or in specified areas such as loading docks.
