*Perform a variety of routine for production such as machine operation which include large format and small printers, heat press machines for mugs, t shirts, caps, cutter plotter, pasting stickers and Silk Screen Processes.
*Perform maintenance and basic trouble shooting steps for all machines with in the work area which includes calibration of the heads for the large format printers.
*Prepare and submit inventory for equipment, supplies and materials to make sure that workflow is smooth and deadlines are achievable.
*Correct work as directed and repair imperfections before disposal/installation of finished products.
*Handling of incoming calls from customers and ensure that the provided credentials are accurate for proper verification of the account holder.
*Answers queries regarding customer’s account and balances.
*Processing payments, payment arrangements and account changes for customers.
*Contact technical department on customer’s behalf if necessary.
*Processing applications, activation/deactivation and upgrading of services for customers, making sure that customers are satisfied before closing the call, and
*Making sure that customers are aware and fully informed regarding the newest and available services/promotions the company is offering before ending the call
