Project: RoutePro (RoutePro is a windows based leading multi-purpose management software that
covers sales/merchandising, route-sales and route delivery operations at British American Tobacco).
Responsibilities:
Providing complete end- to-end route accounting systems in Intermec (now acquired by Honeywell) handheld
computers, mobile printers and the necessary software to integrate them into a complete working solution.
Creating and updating automatic identification such as RFID and barcode to improve process and increase
efficiency.
Working on relational databases for new users, assigning security login and passwords.
Responding to incoming help requests from end users via telephone and email with prompt resolution.
Maintaining all master databases to ensure accuracy.
Recording and reporting batch survey and gps coordinates.
Improving existing data integration and importing data from centralized server.
Making mobile database that can be transportable and stored in Sql server.
Creating SSIS to export & import data from CSV files, Text Files and Excel Spreadsheets.
Designed and developed stored procedures, queries and views necessary to support SSRS reports.
Extensively using joints and sub queries for complex queries which were involving multiple tables from
different databases.
Scheduled and managed daily/Weekly/Monthly sales and operational reports based on the business
requirements.
Working on ETL (Extraction, Transformation and Loading) operations.
Working on advanced excel (Vlookup, pivot table etc) to make reports accurate in less time specifications.
Created stored procedures, triggers, functions, indexes, views, joins, and T-SQL for DDL & DML operations.

Project: Installation of IPTV’s at King Fahad Medical City
Responsibilities:
Maintained Active Directory/Resources including home directories, File Permissions, External/Internal Shares
and other active directory resources.
Installed and maintained IPTV connections of customers.
Installed Network Cabling and Configured Different types of Routing Protocol.
Configure TCP/IP manually given IP Address the subnet mask and default gateway.
Trouble shooting of all Hardware, Network and Internet problems.
