Gather and provide the localization project context and instructions to drive high-quality output from the resources. Oversee the project metrics for the projects including adherence to budgets, deadlines, and quality thresholds. Track key project milestones and deliverables and flag possible risks to corrective actions. Ensures documentation of additional customer requirements, and guidelines, and updates projects' plans. Ability to manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively. Manage ongoing customer relationships and client expectations to drive exceptional results and customer success. Participate and support Quality Assurance with clients and regulatory audits. Respond to client requests for new project initiatives; collaborate with various members of the Business Development and Product Development Team to assess the scope of work and cost estimates. Ensure strict adherence to deadlines and budgets, and ultimately produce high-quality deliverables.
