• Have been handling Overdraft validation and transaction movements of client’s custody portfolios.
• Preparing and sending monthly advises to the clients on the status of their portfolios/accounts.
• Recording and investigating the fees earned and charged to the bank from other custodian banks on the long/short balances of ours held with other agent banks.

• Have got trained on recording and analyzing all the Central Bank reference lending rates of the market which is the base for our overdraft rate that we charge/pay to our clients on their overdrafts/long balances.
• Have been handling Claims process of the bank through issuing/paying the outward and inward claims of the bank on back of late receipts and settlements of trades in the market.
• Have worked closely with different Investment managers, Remitter banks and counterparties to settle the claims within the stipulated time.
• Have been a key employee of the team by handling all the Cash products which the company had designed for his clients, and also by resolving all the issues which come across, with pertains to any cash products which clients have opted.
