• Manage and execute MEP internal activities first fixed, Second fixed and final Fixed.
• Manage Construction activities related to MEP System (HVAC, Water supply, Drainage, UG Tank, Septic Tanks, Lighting System, Earthing System, CCTV, and Low Voltage System).
• Testing and Commissioning of Wiring continuity test, Insulation resistance test, Earth resistivity test, Performance test, and any other tests as per approved ITP, checklist and Specifications.
• Attending weekly and monthly meetings along with project PM Consultant.
• Preparing and submitting all Inspection test reports (RFI, PQD, MAR, MIR, WIR)
• Installations of All Electrical Systems (LV, MV, Low Current, Grounding and Lightning Protection) and Electrical Equipments (Switch Gear, Transformer, Capacitor Banks, Busways, MDBs, Generators and UPS) as per approved shop drawings and standards.
• Installation of Electrical Cable trays, Trunks, conduits, Duct banks, wiring, Cables, Bus bars, Panel Boards, Breakers, Disconnect switches, lightings and Power system as per Standards.
• Installation of Low Currents systems (Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, Data and Telephone, Lighting Control, Car Management and BMS) as per Approved Shop drawing.
• Attending weekly and monthly meetings along with project PM Consultant.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports and Reported with Manager and Construction Manager.
• Rising IR, RFI of site MEP works for consultant approval or in case of any clarification required.
• Visually inspecting job areas on the plant and contributing to the daily functioning of the plant by participating in jobs.
• Practically performed annual maintenance of substation including switchyards and transformers testing ERT of all substations earthing pits and points.
• Executed maintenance on Sergi protection of transformer and dew test, purity test of GIS different parts and oil sampling of the transformer.
• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all monitoring reports on regular basis.
• Attending weekly and monthly meetings along with project PM Consultant.
• Communication: Collaborating with the management team and other management associates in carrying out jobs.
• Preparing and completing necessary project documents, like Technical documents, Technical Specifications and Performed reports and Check QA/QC of all Plant Equipment.
• Involved in Installation Testing and Commissioning of 132kV Substation. Transformer, Circuit Breaker, CT/PT, Earthing System all other switchgear equipment such as MV/LV Panels, Battery system and panels, Control Panels, Protection panels, RMU System, and Communication Panel.
• Testing and commissioning of Wiring continuity test, Insulation resistance tests, Earth continuity test, Earth resistivity test, Performance test, and any other tests as per approved checklist and Specifications.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Perform basic repairs, parameter adjustments, and system tuning.
