d. Contracts: Preparation, negotiation and renewals.

e. Exit Formalities
• Conduct Exit Interviews with the concerned managers and employees.
• Ensure all Exit documents are accurate and duly signed by the employee before the last working day.
• Coordinate communication, clearance and exit procedures of resigned employees.

My main responsibility is to recruit for Bayt.com offices in region 3 ( Jordan, Egypt, and Lebanon) selecting top talent to join at both junior and senior levels, ensuring delivery of recruitment targets within the assigned deadlines and budgets.


a. Recruitment:
