The role of Process Expert involves assisting the team members and providing process knowledge to the New Joiners.
My key responsibilities are to ensure timely delivery of equipment, materials and documentation in order to meet critical project milestones.
Responsible in converting PR to PO so that material is procured without any delay.
Was in the Pilot Batch of Discrepancy Handling Team, which is a part of PO creation which involves analyzing the invoices and reaching out to the Vendors and get it resolved.
Coordinating with vendor /cluster head related to contract confirmation. Handling rates discrepancy between invoice as well as Contract.
Updating contract on regular basis as per changes agreed between Vendors as organization.
Resolving query on daily basis related to contracts through calls etc. With vendors as well as cluster heads.
Handling Invoice verification task for North Europe region i.e Ireland, Finland, Germany, Great Britain etc.
Responsible of doing three way match of Purchase Order (PO), Goods Receipt (GR) and Invoice Receipt (IR) via workflows(Invoice) after that
Responsible for handling GR/IR reconciliation of goods which reflects in open line items.
Raising of queries and handling replies received through the workflows for processing invoices.
Responsible of booking vendor’s cost in the company financial account through SAP system.
Generation of “Container Yard and Port Expenses” Purchase Orders to the different Vendors of Seagoline with agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Participate in internal team meetings and contributed with ideas/suggestions for overall improvement of the operations business unit.
Trained new joiners and supported colleagues as and when required.
Accountable for work allocation amongst the team.
Updating and monitoring the priority list.
Updating the error file of the entire team.
Conducting weekly review with team members on Root cause analysis.
Responsible for handling BA E-mail inventory.
Interacting with the clients effectively.
Responsible for giving Live Demo of the process to the visitors from different locations
(Front Office).etc .
