* Led the efforts on ensuring timely execution of the project by proper planning and scheduling. Periodically monitored project progress to ensure adherence to timelines and company rules and procedures.
* Device Log gathering: Collect device logs based on severity, number of hit counts and business requirements using Segmentation.
* Use ad-hoc SQL query to pull the list in-case the condition provided is out of scope of unstructured log data.
* Analyze and validate the data pulled to check for correctness and perform necessary data cleaning for fault positives and true negative sets. Precession and Recall analysis.
* Led the effort to work with R using Rstudio for linear regression and predictive analysis to prepare graphical representation on analytic data to forecast as per business needs.
* Perform data quality checks on data provided by the customer logs, clean the junk data and then apply the necessary suppression using SQL script to provide the final list for business/Customer issues modeling.
* Implemented resulted records in a statistical model for virtual representation and forecasting.
* Coordinated with business units to pin down potential strategic bottleneck and provide best practice support.
* Performed a quality check on solutions ready for monthly releases.
* Coached and mentored teams to build skill in performing QA testing and bug reporting.
* Additionally responsible for creating ICs for SCH value addition.
* Received client and Higher Management recognition award for timely critical risk analysis of priority unsupported alerts for UCS and N5k device support for feature added by Smart Call Home. These new devices with SCH package support have played a critical role for Cisco to win $2M deal with multiple clients.
