As an educator and researcher at the Bachelor's (BS), Master's (MS), and Doctoral (Ph.D.) levels, my professional endeavors encompass a multifaceted approach aimed at fostering academic excellence, advancing knowledge, and nurturing the next generation of scholars.
In addition to my dedication to teaching, I am actively engaged in conducting cutting-edge research projects that push the boundaries of knowledge in English language and literature. My research interests span a wide range of topics, including but not limited to literary criticism, cultural studies, gender and sexuality studies, postcolonial literature, and digital humanities. Through interdisciplinary collaboration, rigorous methodology, and a commitment to ethical scholarship, my aim is to produce original insights, advance theoretical frameworks, and contribute to the ongoing dialogue within the academic community and beyond.
As a supervisor of research students at all levels, I approach my role with a combination of expertise, empathy, and mentorship. Whether guiding undergraduate students through their first research experiences, mentoring Master's students in the development of their thesis projects, or overseeing doctoral candidates in the completion of their dissertations, I prioritize open communication, mutual respect, and academic integrity. By fostering a supportive and inclusive research environment, I seek to empower students to realize their full potential, overcome challenges, and achieve their academic and professional goals.
