• Sales and Revenue achievement, Customer relationship management, churn Control and retention management, Team management (New Hiring & performance of team, motivation, training of team) and Close monitoring on timely billing recovery. The ability to motivate and lead a team, the ability to work calmly under pressure, Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Work closely with the Sales Operation Support Team to ensure existing customer queries should be resolve on timely.
• Ensure to bring the customer under contract obligation for minimum 01 years and ensure the timely discount posting.
• Responsible for the team sale target, complaint handlings, customer satisfaction by maintaining the best service responses & delivery; To plan, monitor & control customer churn in the Region; To plan, monitor & execute measures in order to improve sales, discuss DVR on daily basis. Setting the sales target as per the assigned KPI’s.
• Strong liaison with the internal stake holders Like Marketing, Finance, Credit and collection, corporate Affairs, Legal, business center, Technical & work proactively and ensure timely solutions of all problems.
• To ensure quality sales to train, coach & ensure continuous sales people capability improvement for ensuring result oriented business.
• Strong follow up on the Leads to close the business timely along with the team mates.
• Reporting & Team Management, Daily Operational issues and Part of the Regional & National level meetings, Team building skills.

 Make sure the customer visit before processing the sales with the Team Mate.
 Strongly monitor and discuss the DVR on daily basis with all team members.
