• Develop project plans, schedule development and maintenance
• Develop in conjunction with the team a suitable Work Breakdown Structure for the project.

• Maintain and record the delay events, Site Instructions & change orders, and preparation/ submission of Extension of Time Claims (EoT)
• Variation claims, Notification’s, Comparison of changes to original drawings etc.

2. Construction, Completion & Maintenance of Al Farjaan Markets (14 Markets) at Different Locations in Qatar
• Development of Baseline Programme for the projects and Coordinate with all project team members, Consultants, all other stake holders of the project to have a realistic baseline clearly identifying the important critical paths.
• Monitoring progress throughout all phases and comparing to the baseline

Prepare reports as required by the Planning Manager on all aspects of the project, including the issuance of weekly, monthly reports to monitor work progress.
Monitors project schedule and budget during construction.
Update detailed programs and schedules in accordance with drawings and current obligations. These include the planned and actual progress of each separately identified activity of the project.
Identify, analyze, and inform the Planning Manager of variations between planned and actual progress, and advise the Planning Manager on initiating remedial action at the earliest opportunity.
Produce S-curves and statistical analysis diagrams
1. Atlantis Residential Apartment (ICONIC), Rajagiriya, Colombo, Sri Lanka
Construction of G+21 apartment in an area of 6, 000 m2, the apartment range from two to four bedroom units and there are 198 apartment units

Review the design drawings and specifications and site requirements
Preparation of accomplishment report/progress report development affecting progress of works such as change orders, field meetings action taken, and verification of details.
Documentation of project activities and monitor/tabulate all structural civil works.
Provide assistance in planning, coordinating and participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and review its organization, scheduling and implementation.
Make sure that civil works are undertaken in accordance with the approved procedures/specifications and that construction is made in accordance with the approved construction drawings.
