Reviewing potential research papers in education studies

This part-time role involves reviewing and editing articles. The role also involve investigating potential reviewers, then sending articles to appropriate reviewers, and finally deciding whether the article should be recommended for publication, advise the author some changes in the light of the reviewers' comments or else rejected.
The role strengthened my analytical and editing skills and gave me more confidence to work within time-scale and provide excellent and quality feedback to authors.

Similarly this role was also focused on assessing and evaluating existing curriculum to ensure its fits the current education framework. Other duties include developing incentives to ensure active participation of students in classrooms as well in co-curricular activities. As a teacher, I also assisted in improving the standard of learning techniques as well supporting learners to the best possible level.
