Key Deliverables:
• Supporting the deployment of Schneider Electric BMS products and solutions with Channel partners (throughout Qatar, Kuwait & Bahrain) and Schneider Electric solution centers (UAE).
• Improving the Design & Estimation of our existing channel partners for BMS, Access Controls projects in QKB to have optimal, functional and cost effective solutions.
• Building technical knowledge of our new channel partners by demonstrating and presenting the latest of Schneider products and solutions.
• Providing sound and actionable recommendations to improve designs to meet customer requirements / budget and beat the competition.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of new and old BMS System Architecture related to system designs and deploy them. Proactive and passionate mindset in bringing support to partners / front offices.
• Level one Technical support for the existing BMS and Access Controls Projects of our channel partners in Qatar, Kuwait & Bahrain.
• Provide assistance to the Buildings Business Sales Team in developing technical and commercial argumentation documents. Improve Quality of service to the end users, clients by providing timely application and optimization support.
• Supporting the business development by demonstration to all stakeholders (Consultant, Contractors and end users) why to technically choose Schneider other than competition.
• Analyze competitor’s designs and provide recommendations to fight against.
• Liaising with MEP Consultants, Consulting Houses & Project Management to expand market reach and obtaining product approvals from these companies

• Design of HVAC control system description, sequence of operation & riser diagram.
• Design of Process piping and instrumentation diagram.
• Preparation of I/O point schedule.
• Preparation Bill of Quantity (B.O.Q.).
• Revising of material submittals & shop drawings.
• Preparation of projects cost estimate, value engineering and design review reports.
• Installation supervision and Operator Interface Configuration.
• System testing, start-up and Commissioning.

Position Contribution:
• Reviewing of material submittals & shop drawings.
• Ensure that the Contractor is following safety procedures
• Managing weekly meeting with Client and contractor.
• Supervision of HVAC installation activities including:
o Fan coil units.
o Supply and Exhaust fans.
o Chilled water pipes connection.
• Supervision of Plumbing & Fire fighting installation activities including:
o Fuel system for generator including "Monthly / daily tank with their pumping system".
o Fire extinguishing system (FM-200 & carbon dioxide)
• Supervision of Building management system installation.
• Inspect site deliveries/constructed work to ensure compliance with the shop drawings & specifications
• Snag outstanding/defective minor work for Contractor to action.
• Witness testing and Commissioning of all MEP works in order to ensure that systems are achieving their intended performance.
• Coordinate and direct the Mechanical contractor in coordination with other services and finishes.
