Preparation & Submission of compliance to the Client specification & Standards
Providing necessary support & information to initiate the design process based on the Project system requirements
Product selection & Material ordering based on the specification & Approved SLD, Key Line Diagram, etc.,
Conduct Technical discussions & Meeting with customer
Review of drawings and ensure the requirements before submission.
Customer coordination for the approval of drawings
Preparation of project timeline
Offering FAT with Contractor, consultant & client
Follow up for commercial and payment related activities before & after the project completion.
Submission of O & M Manuals, As-built drawings and Factory test reports based on the contract.
Coordinating and completing Site comments after delivery.
Follow up Payments after completing site comments.
Hands on experience with various Clients like ADWEA, DEWA, FEWA, ADDC, TRANSCO, EMAAR, Linxon etc., Knowledge in LVAC, MCC, MDB, SMDB, DB/FDB, FP & Control panels. Hands on experience on SAP & MS Office.
Good Knowledge of Low Voltage Switchgear Products like MCB/MCCB/ELCB/ACB/Fuses/Enclosure, etc.
Good knowledge in Enclosure size and Bus Bar calculation of MDB and SMDB (form2 & form4 panels) as percustomer requirement.
Specialized in GE Sen plus Assembly - Top Main Bus bar System, Rear Main Bus bar System & Split Bus barAssembly.
Standardization of Bus bars for typical and Special Projects.

Review of manufacturing drawings before releasing for production, review of B. O.Q, Verification of specifications, SLD, wiring diagrams etc.
Maintaining drawing register.
Work allocation for technicians.
Material ordering and maintaining the stock.
SAP activities.
Tracking the material status to meet the production completion to achieve the target.
Supervision of production at various stages.
Troubleshooting and solving site issues.
Testing & commissioning of all panels, prepare inspection reports.
Handling the factory acceptance test with third party inspector.
Maintaining the calibration of all equipment’s & keep records.
Performing final internal routine testing for each panel before releasing for dispatch.
Special Projects : Oxy - Package Substation for Oman, Xarjan - Double sided Panels for Iraq (Split Busbar Design), Top Main Busbar design panels for Kahrama Qatar Phase-11
