AICCO has EPC contractor alliance with SABIC (Engineering & project management) for its affiliates company present in Yanbu. Like YANSAB, SABTANK, SABIC- GAS and YASREF.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
• Working with YASREF Project management as a Engineering Manager for Site capital and Turnaround Projects.
• Provide Technical support and consultations to YASREF operating facilities in the MOC for Mechanical equipment, Package item and Piping.
• Provide Technical input from a mechanical Equipment aspect on the project deliverables from design to execution to ensure that the facility will meet the business/operations requirements and operate safely.
• Interface with speciality (discipline) engineering, asset, maintenance, operation and safety to conduct technical integrity assessment to resolve complex issues related to mechanical and piping integrity and corrosion.
• Co-ordination with discipline leads and operations team for all cross-functional data like Process data, Electrical/ Instrumentation scope, Civil layouts, Equipment GA, Key plan, Piping GA, Piping Isometrics, Tie-in packages, Inspection and Test plan.
• Review Mechanical scope for equipment in Concept Development Package (CDP), Front End Engineering package (FEED), Detail Engineering Package (DEP) for Capital projects.
• Preparation review of Invitation to Bid (ITB), Project scope of work, Project Strategy, Project Resource matrix for site projects.
• Review EPC/LSTK Contractors Technical offer and preparation of Technical Bid clarification (TBC).
• Preparation of Technical Bid Analysis (TBA) for Vendor offer.
• Review of NMR document and Co-ordinate with procurement, Quality and Construction team.
• Attending Pre Inspection Meeting (PIM)
• Technical Query raise to client with solution.
• Review Vendors Detail engineering package (DEP) and Prepare Comment resolution log (CRL) sheet.
• Co-ordinate and communicate effectively with all Project stakeholder like End user operation, Maintenance, Vendor, Engineering Contractor, Quality control & EHSS Department.
• Act as a Primary technical coordination interface with end user and Contractor to ensure that the end user expectation is satisfied.
• Assist in resolving project management problem related to project planning, scheduling, engineering, procurement, construction and potential cost over runs.
• Complies with all companys standards, relevant safety, health and environmental procedures to ensure healthy and safe work environment
• Work closely with Project Manager to assist in project execution, estimation, cost engineering & value engineering.
• Attend periodic project progress meeting with Operation, Turn around Maintenance, and Project Department.
• Provide Engineering / Technical support during project execution at site. Assists the Commissioning team in Punch items categorization and resolution till mechanical completion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
✓ Primary Duties includes Review of technical service request for project execution, Identify scope of work, review Process Data Sheets (PDS), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Piping Material Specifications (PMS), Plot plans, Equipment Layout Drawings, Piping layout and other relevant documents. ✓ Preparation of Design calculation & Mechanical Data Sheets (MDS) of process equipment like Pressure vessels, Reactors, Self-supported tall Columns, Shell tube type Heat exchangers, Storage tanks, Condenser, Reboilers, etc. ✓ Carrying out proposal and detailed engineering work and provide necessary technical information to projects and other disciplines in compliance with tender specifications / data sheets within budgeted man-hour and project schedules. ✓ Preparation of FEED and DEP for SABIC affiliate Brownfield projects. ✓ Organize the issuance of engineering drawings / Mechanical Data Sheets and technical documents for Inter Discipline Checks (IDCs), Technical recommendations, Co-ordination with internal engineering disciplines like Process, Piping (layout /stress), Civil, Procurement, Quality control, Inspection, Departments. ✓ Prepare Technical inquiries, execution of Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE), Technical clarification with Vendors & Vendor negotiation. ✓ Review & comments on vendors design calculations, Fabrication drawings, Bill of material, etc. ✓ Prepare Look ahead monthly plan & assign the job to team member as per plan. ✓ Prepare project plan for Mechanical equipment with delivery dates (For each deliverable like Calculation, MDS, MR, TBE and Vendor drawing review) ✓ Calculation of Man hour and manpower requirement for new projects. ✓ Prepare progress report and check all activities are going as per Scheduled plan. ✓ Review plant 3D model with Designer to ensure correctness of the model with respect to drawings. ✓ Support in updation of Companys standards and procedures, technical specifications & Design philosophies. ✓ Participate in the pre-qualification of vendors and review the bidder lists. ✓ Co-ordination within the team, participate in customer kick-off meeting to clarify technical requirement, contract requirement and scope of work. ✓ Participate in HAZOP meeting / studies with client and representatives of other engineering disciplines. ✓ Participate and contribute in Value Engineering (as necessary) to optimize the requirements of the Project from Mechanical Point of view. ✓ Conduct internal review meeting, maintain record of check point, Check list, Input list & lesson learnt.
Responsibility includes Do the daily maintenance and support the machine maintenance /repair with equipment engineer to make sure the machine in good status.
Inspection and gaging operation to insure maintenance of quality standard and specifications.
Prepare and operate CNC machine to perform tasks such as drilling, Grinding and Milling.
Basic Understanding of CNC machines.
Read and understand part Drawings
Inspect parts for Quality defects
CNC programming and Machine controls (Fanuc Control)
Meet production needs and Quota on a regular basis.
Maintain Quality inspection Documents.
The quality, safety, and compliance of fresh produce products throughout the production process.
Conduct routine inspections of fresh produce products at various stages of the picking process to assess quality, appearance, and adherence to specifications.
Collaborate with teams across the business to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive measures to improve product quality and consistency.
