• Supervise the operation of Canola oilseed Crushing plant of capacity 1300 Tons/day with annual sale volume of 400, 000MT in accordance with the SOPs & HSE standards.
• Handle process such as Preconditioning, Extrusion, Distillation, Condensation, Solvent Percolation, Desolventization, Toaster-Dryer, high pressure steam and vacuum in line with relevant SOPs & IMS.
• Keep a record log of all data, parameters & occurrences during the shift which will provide an accurate account of production & an assessment of issues for improvement to ensure the smooth operation of the plant.
• Ensure Crude Natural Oil (CNO) achieves the target quality of FFA & Phosphorous and the by-product meets the required quality of Protein, meal moisture and residual oil remained in meal.
• Supervise & observe operators to ensure they have been trained on the current equipment & have the necessary skills to perform the job effectively & safely & encourage others to follow safety measures & procedures in accordance with HSE & IMS standards
• Carry out improvements in both the process & operation to enhance plant efficiencies, cleanliness & safety in order to improve production and continually review & update the SOPs
• Monitor the shift changeover to ensure that handover between operators at the end & beginning of each shift is carried out correctly & all the work details of the previous shift have been handed over in accordance with SOPs
• Implement the maintenance plan & assist maintenance staff to complete maintenance of machinery to meet quality standards and to ensure the smooth operation of the plant & avoid any downtime
• Supervised civil construction and mechanical erection work at site for 1×8 MW Cogeneration power plant project. Managed various contractors and administered site activities for the best daily result.
• Monitor project status to ensure progress toward completion, required procedural steps are completed timely, interested groups and individuals are informed of the progress, and project output is appropriate.
• Check various documents such as NOC’s, Work Method Statement, Risk Assessment, Permit to Work, Equipment certificates and reviewing Engineering drawings and PID’s.
• Reporting the construction progress to the site manager and compare the work progress to the original schedule. Analyze the delays and program feasible solutions to recover the required progress.
• Managed shipment unloading of up to 116 containers. Verification of packing list, BL documents, planning space allocation, maintaining inventory and related documents until handover to EPC contractor.
• Preparing project schedule for design documents & other works, assistance in New Product design / development and Mechanical design calculations.
• Creation of 3D CAD model and drafting of assembly, Preparation and checking of drawings as per design requirements and documents.
• Linear and Non-linear static structural Finite Element Analysis, Preparing Design FMEA for New product development.
• Co-ordination with Team Members and Attending Project review meetings and meeting the requirements of Client standards during the execution of the projects.
