Complete awareness of work flow procedure related to Oil and Gas pipeline works.
* Supervision of Piping Pre - Fabrication, Hydro - Testing (ND Testing and retesting) & Commissioning
* Coordinating with Fabrication team as per the condition of the piping material.
* Reverification of documentation approved by QC, prior to proceeding for installation works.
* Liaison with Quality Control Personnel for inspection and ensuring error - free, prior and later installation works
* Planning of Work and scheduling of all Piping
* Work Permit Management for Safe working
* Ensuring the required work permits (cold welding and hot welding work permits) and Safety permits are obtained prior to
proceeding for daily routine activities
* Inspection of the work to adhere to strict Quality Maintenance
* Liaison with Quality Control Personnel for inspection (of welding quality and welding thickness with suitable procedures of
flashlight, mirror, high-low gauge, borescope, and scratch free installation) and ensuring error-free, after installation works
* Overseeing of Safety Management System at the work place
* Coordinating with site supervisors and respective site team to oversee the resources required (like material, manpower,
special tools, and general tools etc., ) successfully
* Handling of Complete Documentation work & Record Keeping
* Assists the Const: Manager in the supervising and monitoring of work execution at site.
* Responsibility includes coordination to procure material for contractor, as per Construction documents.
* Review/approve the project schedule and mobilization plan
* Review Method Statements, rigging plan, facilitate TRAs,
* Liaise with operations, safety, QA/QC for smooth functioning of site director (SD) jobs
* Foresee constructability difficulties (like shortage of material, lack of manpower, insufficient tools/stuff, any required per-
approvals, unforeseen weather conditions, etc., ) and prepare a solution.
* Participate in daily review meeting and report progress/areas of concern.
* Verifies the adequacy of equipment to perform work safely. Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction
contractors.
* Planning & Allocating of Manpower, Materials & Equipment’s.
