STC Master Plan project involves developing infrastructure including roads, underground services
networks, cables, landscape and hardscape, new buildings, and the renovation and facelift of existing
buildings. This includes a headquarters building, an administration building, multistory car park,
multipurpose buildings, recreation facilities compromising food and beverage outlets, health club and
spa facilities, retail spaces, and a mosque.
Responsibilities/Tasks:
• Review and evaluate consultant’s invoices and contractors IPC’s.
• Prepare weekly reports for financial and projects payments status.
• Participate in preparation and performs all necessary quantity take offs required.
• Follow up & monitor all change orders and adjustment BOQ saving & deficits, etc.
• Follow up & monitor all Contractor’s payments on client system until final approval.

The Tatweer Building Company (TBC), in alignment with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, has been actively
involved in several initiatives to enhance education and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities/Tasks:
• Take care of the financial and contractual aspects of the project.
• Ensure prompt submittal and completeness of Contractors monthly payment applications and
finalize the payment certificates with the assistance of the QS’s.
• To identify, quantify and motivate for payment submittal and approval in terms of the Contract
all variations between Tender and Contract documents.
• Performs all necessary quantity take offs required.
• Studies the subcontractors / suppliers' payments and variations' status.
• Prepares payment applications and variations of subcontractors / suppliers.
• Assist Commercial Manager to analyze commercial situations with subcontractors / suppliers.
• Prepare financial statements for monthly report.

of Interior, the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, the Ministry of Defense, and King Abdulaziz
University in Jeddah.
Responsibilities/Tasks:
• To prepare clear quantity take off as per the approved method of measurement.
• To continuously monitor and review detailed shop drawings in coordination with technical
department and ensuring submission of any potential variations and claims in case of any
changes occurred to tender drawings.
• Measurement and proper settlement of subcontract accounts in accordance with company
procedures and provisions of the Contract.
• To periodically, on a quarterly basis, reconcile actual bulk material quantities against Tender and
Contract documents.
• Log and follow up variation orders & participate in contractual issues studies.
• Assist the QS head section in Estimation of Civil & Architectural work for proposal.
• Prepare subcontracts standard BOQ for civil and architectural works
