1. Calibration and Maintenance of Weighing Systems like Solids Flow Meters, Weigh feeders, Belt Weighers, Bin Weighers and Electronic Road Weigh bridges.
2. Trouble shooting and problem solving of all Instrumentation & Electrical equipments.
3. Involvement in review of Design, Planning, Procurement and Commercial activities for the smooth execution of projects.
4. Plant Shutdown Maintenance.
5. Electrical circuit drawings preparation using AutoCAD & EPLAN software.
6. Maintenance of AC drives up to 515KW make Siemens, ABB.
7. Maintenance of 420V/480 LV motors up to 360KW.
8. Spares Planning and Maintaining.
9. Preparation of Weekly and Monthly progress reports.
10. Understanding and ensuring compliance with the health and safety regulations and quality standards of the country in which work is undertaken.
11. Interaction with the Service Engineers.
12. Preparing Internal Calibration reports, Instruments Data sheet for Audits and updating ISO documents.
