and resource requirements.
2. Assess resource requirements and allocating personnel,
equipment, and materials for project tasks.
3. Ensure optimal resource utilization and avoiding over allocation.
4. Continue monitoring project progress and performance against
the established schedule.

1 . Preparing redline diagram using AUTOCADD or ADOBE EDITOR
in case of Technical Changes in the Drawing.
2. Preparing and Documenting Project Related Documents
Like AS-BUILT, ENERGIZATION PACKAGE, MATERIAL
RECONCILIATION Etc….

1 . Monitoring site progress to ensure compliance with plans
and specification.
2. Manage daily operations fo site personnel & ensuring
safety bprotocols were followed.
3. Ensure Material Availability and Checking Availability of
remaining Materials in Proper Interval.
4. Preparing Technical Reports from soil and concrete
testing Etc.., conducted at site.
