Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all electrical and ELV installations, commissioning and handing over of hotel and fit-outs.
• Lead the electrical team for site execution, inspection, submittals and approval form consultant.
• Completion of all MEP works in restaurants to obtain approval from authorities.
• Carry out verification activities to ensure compliance with the original design intent and best practice.
• Ensure electrical engineering information for construction is in compliance with codes, best practice and the original design intent.
• Completion and handing of home automation system with full advanced requirements in penthouses.
• Ensure all electrical and ELV installation works are carried in fitouts as per the operator’s requirement and specification.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and follow the electrical and ELV subcontractors for production of shop drawings, site execution, inspection, submittals and approval form consultant.
• Ensure MEP manager made aware of any engineering / coordination related issues / problems that arise when reviewing design information and finalizing the system specialist.
• Confirming Electrical works completion in coordination with all subcontractors for civil to proceed for the finishing works.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for preparation of electrical services layouts and combined services / coordination drawings by checking electrical, ELV, HVAC, plumbing and firefighting services.
• Ensure Engineering Manager and/or Project manager are made aware of any engineering / coordination related issues / problems that arise when preparing shop drawings or reviewing design information.

Responsibilities:
• Preparation of shop drawings for Landscape Lighting, External Power, Lighting Layout, Small Power Layout, LV&ELV Containment, Combined Service drawing, Emergency Lighting Layouts, Electrical Room and LV Room Details based on architectural drawings.
• Checking the load schedules with the service layout and coordinating with other services power supply provisions.
• Coordinating with utilities for incoming power supplies and handing over of retails / shops to client with the final outgoing connections.
• Updating the variation of jobs due to design changes and dealt with QS department to claim against variation.
• Providing full electrical information to prepare room layout for all individual rooms and checking the final layout before submission.
