In this position I teach several courses for undergraduate students from the Department of Pharmacy Practice. In addition, I participated in the development and evaluation of a broad range of courses within the pharmacy practice discipline.
To review and make recommendations, on behalf of the Academic Senate, on all curricular matters, including approval of new programs and courses, course revisions, reactivations, or deactivations, pre-requisites and co-requisites, placement of courses within disciplines, and additional review as to appropriateness of courses. I participated in the review of all courses developed and implemented in Unaizah College of Pharmacy.
In this position, I taught several courses for undergraduate students from the Department of Pharmacy Practice. In addition, I served as a member of “Curriculum and Assessment Committee” where I participated in the development and evaluation of a broad range of courses within the pharmacy practice discipline.
In addition to the newly assigned administrative responsibilities, I continued to teach pharmacy practice courses. Also, I served as a member of several committees and as Head of “Curriculum and Assessment Committee”, where I contributed significantly to curriculum development.
I was responsible to oversee and co-ordinate all operations and administration of the National Drug Quality Control Laboratory and provide overall direction while ensuring optimum performance with available resources. As though, I became a member in several committees controlling the pharmaceutical market in Sudan. In addition, I became a member of the National Medicines and Poisons Board.
I was responsible for ensuring that pharmaceutical products meet quality standards and are safe for public consumption. I used to do pharmaceutical analysis chiefly concentrated in drug analyses concerning the determination of active components, impurities, excipients, content uniformity, solubility, dissolution rate, and stability.
I was responsible for the dispensing and procurement of medicines and supplies used within the hospital.
