1. Planning daily activities one day ahead and allocating the manpower on those activities
2. Monitoring the labors productivity and progress of work and motivating them
3. Preparing inspection requests for all site activities and carrying it out with the consultant
4. Coordinating with the subcontractors and eliminating any obstacles that would prevent or delay their work at site
5. Submitting request for information (RFI) to the consultant in order to get answers to any discrepancy at the site
6. Submitting Material inspection request for any material that reach the site to ensure the approval of the consultant prior to using it.
7. Preparation of the Method of statement for each activity before commencing.
8. Ensuring that all activities at site are done according to the project specification and drawings.
9. Calculating the quantities of materials to be used at site before sending purchase order
10. Studying all architectural drawings and coordinating it with the Structural and MEP drawings and sorting out the discrepancies by discussing it with Subcontractors, and consultant.
11. Preparing shop drawings along with the draughtsman before commencing work.
12. Preparing the subcontractors bills for their payment.
13. Preparing the look ahead program for the activities weekly and monthly and submitting it to the management.

Responsible for the finishing of 3 buildings, 5 floors each
Responsible for the construction of a residential building (G+5P+H.C+25Typ+Helipad)
