• Contribute to and maintain system standards.
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
• Perform daily backup operations with Symantec Backup Exec, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled.
• Manage file server, perform regular file archival and purge as necessary.

Administers the following Linux Servers:
• Mail server: including create new users, make forward rules and make mail groups.
• Fax server (Hylafax fax server): make the fax mails delivered to the suitable person mail and make the users send their faxes from their PCs without any troubles.
• Firewall (IPtables firewall): secure the network from outside risks and make rules for the internet with IP address.
• VPN server: to make backup connections to the company sites that maintains the connection to be available all the time.
• DHCP Server
Administers the following Windows 2003 Servers:
• Active Directory Domain Controller: including create new users; make group policy for the computers and users.
• Terminal Servers: where the users can open sessions and work on SQL server applications remotely.
• ISA Server: publish the mail server and create rules on the internet users.
Troubleshoot all IT issues, including:
• Hardware such as desktop, laptop, printers and scanners problems.
• Software: Experienced in MS Outlook (2003, 2007, and 2010), MS word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Internet Explorer and Firefox and other applications that users use.
• Install and update desktops and laptops OS and hardware drivers.
