▪ Receiving the Purchase Requisitions (PR) from the end user.
▪ Conduct supplier sourcing.
▪ Conduct the Tendering Process (Issuing the ITBs & RFQs in addition to response to
Contractors clarifications).
▪ Conduct the tender evaluation technically and commercially.
▪ Award the contract, Purchase Orders or Service, Price Agreements.
▪ Conduct the post award contract activities, supplier performance appraisal, contract
management & Contract Closure.
In 2012, my employer (WNPOC) was relocated to another country, as such, I was selected from the
Procurement Department to close and finalize the outstanding issues with the suppliers and
Contractors, in addition to close and terminate the ongoing contracts, service orders, agreements and
settle the financial issues with the Finance Department, this is beside other activities. To achieve the
above mentioned tasks, I worked under different umbrella (Acacia Services Co.) as Contractor till 16th

▪ Issuing the RFQs
▪ Participate in the technical & conduct the commercial evaluation and award the P.Os,
contracts and agreements.

▪ Follow-up the Custom Clearance and delivery in the warehouse.
In this short period, I gained rich experience in Custom Formalities in terms of dealing with Shipping
Documents and Port Authorities formalities
My major achievement:
▪ I participated in forming the Forecasting Team; the main objective of this team is to
establish marketing future plans for the vessels operations.
