Worked as a section manager for retails sector in Tanta territory, Duty included the distributions thru implementation P&G sales basics
I handled the responsibility of covering Tanta area (grocery stores) and achieving sales, distribution and visibility objectives.
My duty was to cover a 60 customer in a weekly basis .
Achievements
I increased the sales average from 460, 000 a month to 630, 000 per month (about 36 % during the period between Jan 2002 to Sep 2002), Elevated my section from the 12th position to No.1 within 6 month, and reworded by the pest performer section manager.
