Act as the front-line in triaging, escalating, and communicating
incidents across production and pre-production systems. Responsible for cyber
security and data leakage along with Proactively monitoring incident and ticket trends.
Work with Ops Engineering, Development, and Business Teams to solve issues that
occur within 24x7 environments.Act
Responsibilities:
➢ Configuration, Maintenance and troubleshooting of GPON Triple-play service (Internet, Telephone and IPTV).
➢ Monitor network health using Solarwinds, Zabbix, RTG.
➢ Hands on Routers Cisco, Mikrotik, Huawei.
➢ Hands on Juniper SBR (Steel-Belted Radius) & Freeradius.
➢ Hands on Huawei, Calix, Raisecom, Telecast, Chima, Eltex ONU’S
➢ Configure & Hands on Switches Cisco 2900, ME-(3400, 3600, 4500), 3750, 3650, Huawei S5720, S6720 Raisecom RAX-300.
➢ Work Experience and Knowledge of VLANs / MPLS VPN L2 & L3 /GRE TUNNEL /STP/VRF/Ether-Channel/NAT/PAT/ DHCP/ACL/VOIP/SIP Also on routing protocols like EIGRP/OSPF/BGP/RIP and Ring Topology with REP/SEP.
➢ Execute operational work in a shift based 24x7x365 NOC environment for managing BRAS routers, switches and Servers.
➢ Ensure monitoring of customer networks & managing of customer complaints on the at NMS ( iManager U2000 Unified Network Management System).
➢ Ensures response to emails, tickets and calls, completing requests and resolving issues & maintaining NOC Information Management (Includes maintaining knowledge-base and procedural documentation).
➢ Deploy MPLS L2 VPN and coordinate with Team for L3 Deployment of Global branches throughout Pakistan of leading banks and other Customers as well & Troubleshoot & Resolve L2 and L3 Circuit issues.
➢ Implement IPTV Services and Implement IGMP Configuration
➢ Firewall hands on and knowledge of NGF, Statefull, IPS, IDS, DMZ, VPN, IPSEC, FTD, FMC & Hands on Vmware, Window Server
➢ Configure & Hands on Huawei, Raisecom, Eltex, Calix OLT'S.
➢ Configuration and troubleshooting of GPON ONU by Using Huawei iManager U2000 and through Secure CRT, Tera term & also through GUI.
To deploy and maintain customer services .
