1. Liaise between various functions along the Lubricants Supply Chain in developing production plans to maintain optimum stock levels and satisfy market requirements.
2. Co-ordinate stock indenting and execute timely deliveries of lubricants direct to customers, upcountry depots and re-sellers.
3. Enforce business controls and manage losses within allowable limits (± 0.01% for base oils & additives and Nil for packed products & empty packages)
4. Manage the Lubricants Product Costing Model at LOBP/Plant Level.
5. Prepare LOBP Revex budget and exercise vigilance to keep expenses within budget
6. Optimize plant operations, co-ordinate maintenance plans and ensure compliance with the GCC Standardization Organization (GSO) and ISO 9001 standards
7. Develop staff through guidance, coaching and motivating to maximize performance.
8. Disseminate all Group HSE requirements to staff & contractors and play a key role in demonstrating commitment through compliance and implementation of the annual HSE plan.
9. Participate in commissioning of new laboratory, LOBP filling machines, additive DDU, plastic mold machines.
10. Participate in asset registration with finance team and external auditor.
11. Prepare and advice blending compatibility matrix.
12. Focal point for the communication with all local authorities and premise owner Saudi Industrial Property Authority (MODON), and insure that LOBP is met their requirements.
13. Insure that the plant is complying with all local laws and regulations of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, like Presidency of Meteorology and Environment etc.

• Maintaining updated quality standards e.g. ASTM, IP, etc.
• Maintaining up-to-date quality records for inputs, blends and finished lubes as per standards.
• Maintaining documented procedures for all quality assurance activities and equipment handling in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 requirements.

• Conduct environmental measurements for gases, vapors inside the lab.
• Ensuring that, within the LOBP, the stocks of finished products, base oils and additives are stored and handled according to the company’s storage and handling guidelines.
