PROJECT DESCRIPTION: CLEVELAND CLINIC HOSPITAL ABUDHABI (7 STAR):
• Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi will house five clinic floors, three diagnostic and treatment
levels and thirteen floors of critical and acute inpatient units totaling 364 beds. Additional space has been incorporated for operational and support departments, retailers, a
conference center and a clinical simulation center.


THE RITZ CARLTON HOTEL: • This project contain Substations, Hotel building, chalets, Marina Apartments and external utilities. Hotel building contains 10 no's of buildings (A001 to A010), chalets-88no.s, Apartment- 53no.
• The external routing mainly for integrates with the system for each building and its monitor through main control room.


# System brief description: Electrical System
• Installation of Electrical System as per British Standard.
• Installation and commissioning of Lighting Dimming System, Lighting Control system, Guest Room management system and External light fittings.
• Installation of Electrical Panels, Trays, Trunking and Conduiting
• RCP final fix of lighting, power system and getting approval from consultant.


Building management system (Honey well)
• BMS bus will operate in 3 types of protocol. There are LON, MSTP and Backnet.These 3
types of protocol will converted to backnet and finally it will be convert to IP based network for monitoring and controlling through PC.
• BMS design based on point schedule and no. of equipment connected to BMS.
• BMS will be integrates with third party through software or hardware wiring.
• FAHU, AHU and other miscellaneous item, To monitor or control through field devices installed on AHU or FAHU equipment.


Fire Alarm system:
• The system will be executed based on cause and effect matrix.
• Voice evocations will be disturbed through affected floor and one floor above and below.
• Fire alarm system based on NFPA 72.
• Loop testing will be carry out for each loop before terminating to the panel.
• All fire alarm panels will be networked and connected through GCC.
• Fire alarm system will be interfaced with 3rd party system through software or HW.
• The system contains Magnetic door holder, speaker with strobe, sounder base
Detector, heat detectors and ducted mounted detectors for fahu.each loop contains

• The system design will be based on door schedule. All the access control devices connected to the control panel. Each control panel will be connected to the IP network.
• IP based access control system will be interfaced with 3rd party system through software and hardware.


Central battery system-cooper ceag
• IP based central battery system in this project.system contains main and sub panels.
• Each loop maximum 20no.s light can be connect. Each lighting to be addressed through
Addressable module.
• Battery size calculation will be done according to the number of light fitting connected to each loop and number of circuits.
• Communication and battery cable run through between main and sub panels.
• Exit light always will be on. Maintained and non maintained light will be in the same loop.
Circuit module will be choose according to the current rating of each circuit.
• This system will operate in CG-S bus and its finally convert to TCP/IP network.
It will be interface with fire alarm, bms and lighting control system.
