Leading the process analyzer team with certain objectives & tasks. The tasks are:
Ensure of the reliability of process analyzer through conducting PM program & apply reliability methodologies. It's a combination of maintenance & quality.
initiate, plan, evaluate & execute all related projects.
Apply Sabic SHEMS requirements.
Participate in the company safety culture.
Coordinate with other departments for planning tasks & job.
Coordinate with vendor & contractors for service contract or projects.
Engage with special assignments of the company such as safety awards, SHEMS procedure develop, evaluate & implement.
Leading team of quality auditors to conduct ISO 9001/14000/18000.

A technical position carry on below tasks:
Assure of QC lab equipments reliability.
Monitor all analysis through LIMS ( lab information monitor system)
Conduct through a team or individual the technical study.
Ensure of comply of QC lab with ISO- 9001/14001 requirements.
Ensure of plan & execute all QC lab related projects ( new equipments/ upgrade/ software).
Involve with sabic quality assurance sub-committee as active members & it's part of sabic technical committees.
Worked in SWCC as shift chemist which is a leadership position on the organization. Main activities are:
Leading a group of lab technicians, samplers & labor to carry on the quality assurance activities.
Coordinate between QA lab & different sections of operation to rectify any upset or improve the process.
Apply the organization safety regulation.
Apply the organization operation regulation & standard.
Coordinate between QA lab & analytical lab to conduct study's.
Involve in investigations with operation, maintenance.
Worked as chemist who handle below tasks:
Ensure of process & final products quality through doing the require analysis.
Communicate Operation staff with the status of the process through an agreed schedule & frequent analysis.
Apply special test & analysis methodologies when it required.
Coordinate with operation & wear house to releases the product batches.
Covering through shift cycle the activities & plant stat up / shutdown/ upset.
