- Making of Business plan in accordance with divisions.
- Supervising Monthend closing and Consolidation of Group financials
- Detailed analysis on Top line & Bottom Line.
- Reporting budgets v/s actual performance of divisions.
- Procurement Planning of manufacturing division to minimize the Finance Cost.
- Ad hoc analysis.
- New Projects analysis and their viability.

FUND MANAGEMENT & BANKING OPERATIONS
- Treasury & Fx Management of US$ 2bn Group.
- Preparation of Funding Plan according to requirements of Division.
- Negotiation with bankers for setting up of Long term and Short Term credit lines.
- Handling all LC's transactions and ensuring availment for complete tenor.
- Cash Flow Planning & Implementation.
- Daily monitoring of Fx and Naira maturities to ensure less overdues.
- Stratgised minimized exposure on FX and fluctuation loss due to devaluation.
- Minimization of Finance cost.
- Long term Project financing for manufacturing projects.
- Allocating funds for operational payments and ensuring all payments will be done as per timeline specified.
