Working as Lead Project Control in Construction Division Pak BU Projects.

• Preparation of project budgets on the basis of bid to budget and data provided by proposal team.
• Preparation of project plan in Primavera P6 to monitor engineering, procurement and construction deliverables.
• Budget upload in SAP to control and monitor the actual and committed cost.
• Preparation of Budget Revisions/Quarterly LF’s and its approval from the management.
• Preparation of weekly/ monthly progress reports and S-Curves.
• Evaluate the contractors for subcontracting the civil, mechanical and E & I packages.
• Monitor the progress of contractors daily, weekly, and monthly to achieve the milestones and timelines.
• Progress analysis to highlight areas of delay and forecast on probable delays in execution activities.
• Execute meetings with contractors weekly and monthly on highlighted issues and resolve all issues and areas of concerns to avoid any delays in timeline.
• Present monthly progress report of construction activities to the management and have detailed discussions on HSE, progress, quality, and all other project related issues and after consensus, finalize and implement the next strategy plan for successful completion of project on time.
• Histogram from P6 against actual and planned activities, sort out bottlenecks and prepare look ahead plans to mitigate the delayed activities.
• Successful implementation of project management systems characterized by generation of relevant report.
• To monitor project performance on continuous basis through EVM, cost performance index, cost variances, schedule performance index and schedule variances.
• Improve effectiveness of Projects monthly Performance Review by timely completing KPI's, PSS and Project review reports and obtaining proper justification against variations between planned vs. actual.
• Plan, assess and liaise with all company’s departments and services contractors to ensure availability and provide resources, equipment’s, materials, documentation and other resources required for the Project.
• Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for the project.
• Prepare and submit monthly invoices as per the contract clauses.
