Working in accounting and auditing office as an accountant.
My tasks during this period can be summarized as follow:- 1- Preparing all financial statements according to Egyptian Accounting Standards.
2- Handling all accounting materials and book keeping in the accounting records according to the accounting assumption and Egyptian accounting standards.
3- Preparing and calculating the sales tax and tax return.
4- Preparing the trial balance and the financial statements according to Egyptian Accounting standards.
5- Preparing all financial statements accounts and financial records by Excel.
6- Preparing G/L accounts.
7- Issuing invoices.
8- Making sheets of Accounts payable, Accounts receivable.
9- Using manual & computerized accounting system which includes:
* Maintaining fixed Assets register & Depreciation journal entries.
* Preparing monthly journal entries for prepaid, accruals, and monthly transactions.
* Assisting in overall Financial Accounting cycles
* Preparing closing entries, interim statement and participating in Financial statements & attached reports/disclosures
* Preparing management reports, invoices, monthly statements, etc.
* Preparing Sales taxes, payroll & Social securities reports
* Performance of monthly as well as surprise physical counts
* Making sales invoice &collecting Accounts Receivable
* Preparing and reviewing of Journal Vouchers,
* Preparing G/L and packing material Inventory accounts
* Preparing financial statements.
