Provide I.T. support to end users / customers.
Provide basic instruction to end users on desktop software when necessary.
Respond to client phone inquiries as well as resolving problems.
Perform escalation in relation to unresolved Service Calls.
Handle general enquiries on usage of IT operating environment.
Perform regular tasks for computer operations, including hardware & software installation.
CCTV installation and maintenance.
Access point installation, configuration and maintenance.
POs installation and maintenance.
Daily Backup for Tally Erp
Provide I.T. support to end users / customers.
MS Outlook email setup.
Control4 Programming and installation.
A/V, Home Cinema installation, Projector installation and calibration.
Suprema Bioslim Access Control installation.
CCTV installation and configuration IP or Analog.
Install & upgrade PC hardware, software, and peripheral components as required.
Respond to client phone inquiries as well as resolving problems.
Evaluate software and hardware to be deployed in desktop environment.
Cabling, patch panel punching, patch cord.
Arranging new user accounts, password, and other services needed by new employees in a company
Provide Tier 3 Support technical support, advanced knownledge of registry, permissions, and drivers and software required.
Provide training to the new clients and also make presentation.
