• Analyze survey reports, Maps, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or
geologic data to plan projects.
• Plan and design transportation of hydraulic and structures, following construction and
government.
• Compute load and grade requirements water flow rates and material stress factors to
determine design specification.
• Inspects project site to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specification
and safety or sanitation standard.
• Direct construction, operations and maintenance activities at project site.
• Direct participate in surveying to layout installment and establish reference point, grades

handovers during construction processes, discussing and resolving technical issues.

construction quality, progress management, and technical guidance.
• Develop and implement work plans based on engineering quality objectives, quality
plans, and quality management procedure to ensure project quality.

• Developed detailed plan and professional proposals for client, presenting cost
breakdowns, project timelines and terms and conditions.
• Maintained records of all estimates, bid, and relevant project documents to track project
progress and for future reference.
• Prepared construction drawing plan, materials estimates, costs and specifications.
• Collaborative with project managers to ensure that the actual project cost is aligned with
the estimated budgets, making adjusting as needed.
