Successfully conceived and created a brand image for the company from pre-launch up to present. Design and produce all highly persuasive marketing collaterals ready for reproduction such as letterheads, packaging, brochures, flyers, banners, signages, posters, etc.
Collaborates with a team to ensure that the prototype is created within project specifications and expectations. Implements high visual and communication standards. Supports the marketing team by overseeing market research projects, merchandising develpment and delivery.
A dance-trained performer to execute intermediate choreographed dance routines of various styles as a part of an ensemble, expressing story, characrter and emotions through movements while wearing variety of costumes. Assists to generate, design, edit, publish and share daily content and ideas for various RWS social media channels which includes Instagram, Facebook and Weibo to
enlighten the audience and to deliver brand-focus
messages. Assists the team in designing and generating content for RWS internal affairs monthly newsletters.
Coordinates social media messaging with advertising
departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals. Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign
improvement.
Efficiently collaborates with the couple in planning the wedding event with regards to all design aspects - theme, color scheme, vision, vibe, etc. Produces sketches and demonstrates resourcesful yet presentable options on a required budget and time.
Designed the venue to create positive impression and memorable memories through aesthetics and visual impact.
Effectively handled all the design materials providing graphical support to a team of project managers implementing below-the-line strategies of marketing campaign. Prepare winning proposals, presentations and prequalifications to pitch in new and existing clients.
Conduct and participate in kick-off meeting between the company and the client as an aid in defining client expectations, creative brief and production schedule.
Ensure tender/proposal and prequalification submission are properly formatted, easy to read and visually appealing while adhering and maintaining creative quiality standards set of by the company.
