I am a member in Lean team which focus on process improvement projects. And also I involve in A3 problem solving as well as coaching A3 problem solving up to group team leader level. Currently I am conducting Business Process Management projects in many divisions. As a part of my project for Six sigma Black belt training i am currently focusing on a project to reduce defect level in one line of our plant.

I was involved in projects related to IE department and the following projects in other departments as well.
Production plant - Time study, production study, Activity sampling, use as efficiency improving tools & set production plant efficiency up to 65% in selected lines an learnt about lay-outing.
Cutting Department - Learnt about the fusing process and the Docket grading project with the help of cutting department management.
Data Room-Studied the company data base with some necessary changes within the period of training.
Quality Department - Involves inline quality improvement project with the quality department within the period of training learnt about SPC and other quality tools.
Warehouse - Studied the day to day Warehouse stock control system with the warehouse team & given facility to production department to finalize the shipments.
Carder verification project
Central Planning unit- Reduce lead time by two days with process improvement.

Training is a short-term process utilizing a systematic and organized procedure. It imparts knowledge, skills and aptitude to perform required job. On the other hand development is a long term process which includes philosophical and educational concepts. As an Industrial Engineer highly creative, with initiative and punctuality, I responsibly assume the challenges and goals that the organization assigns me. I have keen abilities to work in teams, to bring in projects on schedule and under budget, to work under high pressure, as well as to solve problems efficiently and achieve productivity goals. My academic knowledge and work experience during the internship has sharpen my focus on the development and implementation of useful proposals in the field of productivity.
