• Direct and manage more than 100 engineers and managers of O&M network infrastructure, rollout team, PMO, MS (managed service) and 3rd party/vendor, network capacity planning and sales/marketing support.
• Direct and manage large-scale network programs and mega-projects, coordinating across Radio, Fixed Access, Transport (OSP, ISP, and FTTX), Tower and Core in an efficient and
timely manner and performance against agreed KPI's & targets.
• Develop program & project delivery plans clearly defining roles and responsibilities and milestones.
• Design and manage implementation strategy of new site to meet the customers’ increasing demands and requirements.
• Support relevant technical teams in conducting technical feasibility studies, defining specifications and project budgets, RFQs, RFPs, red committee approvals etc.
• Undertake the planning of all network projects including coordinating specifications, budgets
• Control operation and maintenance of site and network infrastructure consists of >500 tower and shelter, power rectifier, battery and generator, core equipment, >20 BSC and RNC, >5000 BTS and NodeB, >2000 hops of SDH/PDH backhaul, >20 FO hops, >50 hops SDH backbone of which located on 17 cities in Java, Sulawesi, Bali and Lombok.
• Ensure that NOC always in operation (24/7) based and ensure all functions (FCAPS) are awake and ready to support (24/7) the network.
• Support network operation and quality within agreed KPI and SLA
• Lead entire acceptance test and integration of new network elements into existing network.
• Manage fault reliability, availability and survivability (NAV/RAS), quality assurance, alarm surveillance, fault localization, fault restoration, fault Correction, testing and trouble ticket administration
• Manage MS partners in the region to maintain availability according to the contract or agreed level
• Ensure O&M task force gets appropriate supports from H3I functional departments
