Managing FM service providers & providing technical services to Vertical & Horizontal communities
Steering Energy Management of all ECM communities (74 communities) including Energy data collection, performing energy reviews, publishing energy reports & implementing Energy saving initiatives to achieve KPI targets
Conducting: Technical Audits of Electrical, HVAC, BMS, Water supply, Swimming pools, Fire & life safety systems in vertical & horizontal communities
Conducting: ISO 50001, Transition, NYE audits & site walkthroughs in ECM communities
Managing IFM service providers PPM, RM, RCM, ECM, Contract management & Tender evaluations.
Reviewing design drawings, Specifications, Technical submittals of new upcoming projects & proving feedback from FM perspective.

Generating shop drawings, Scope of works, Specifications & BOQs for the project and ensuring smooth operations and monitoring of project
Identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns in routine check-up and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of troubleshooting tools
Developing the project plan, engaging in project cost management, risk management and resource management
Comparing techno-commercial operations for project evaluations and preparing actual costing compared to proposal estimation also monitoring & tracking the progress of the project
Directing, leading, and motivating workforce, imparting continuous on the job training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness/ efficiency
Implementing project management and updating management on progress & status of project, monitoring project status during periodic project review meetings
Supervising the project start-up contracts (including Material Reconciliation, BOQ / Payment & Quality Status, Progress Status, & so on) / agreements, formulation, and negotiations of contracts in co-ordination with internal and external legal / commercial teams
Facilitating for the smooth transition of new communities from Projects departments to FM ensuring all project deliverables are met .

• Streamlined & steered onsite M/E Construction Engineering Activities for assigned project while ensuring compliance with company & client requirements
• Performed other activities like installing & administering various systems including dimming & control system, Building Management System (BMS), Fire Alarm System, SMATV/MATV System, Structured Cabling System, CCTV System, and so on
• Conducted commissioning of a wide range of electrical equipment encompassing Motors, Generators, Switchgear, LV/MV Substation, Light Fittings and Power Monitoring Systems
