• Utilized the Skyplan Tracker Software to dispatch and monitor aircrafts, updated Jeppesen, AIP and other operational documents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Extended support and assistance to the Flight Dispatcher for the preparation and finalization of Route Guide folders for schedule and non-scheduled flights.
• Generated flight plans, and ensured that critical information like maximum allowable take-off, landing weights, weather reports, field conditions, NOTAMS etc, is included in it.
• Focused on safe completion of flight by creating awareness and ensuring compliance with prescribed rules and regulations for air transport.
• Liaised with the relevant authorities in Met Office for the procurement of Met Folder Synoptic, wind temperatures etc, and with NOTAM office for NOTAM.
• Handled the preparation of dispatch release, the necessary legal document that renders authorization for any flight to depart.
