Supervising payroll records for a staff strength of 25 .
Cash Management- Monitoring the payment cycle of suppliers and customers.
Maintaining the various books of accounts and performing other accounting duties as required.
The Company is a leading private equity investor in Canadian asset-based lending market.
Preparation of Monthly balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement.
Payroll processing and tax filings for group companies in the U.S.
Handling of Petty cash.
Dealing with overseas fund administrators (RBC Dexia) for NAV reporting.
Handling of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Assisting the CFO with preparation of monthly payroll.
Preparation of Monthly Reporting Packages
Maintaining Schedule of advances to employees and leave leave records
Assisting the Controller with month-end payroll preparation
Following up with Banks, Creditors and customers for audit purposes
Preparation of Monthly financial statements and reconcilliations.
Preparation of Payroll.
Handling of Petty cash.
Dealing with Banks, Suppliers and Customers for various issues.
Assisting the Finance Manager with preparation of year end budget.
