-Tech transfer for C18 Ultra-High Voltage (automotive sensor)
-New tech development for Qubic5 GEN11 (5G device)
-C14 mask reduction on Inverse-Active & N-Extension3
-ABCD9 qualification for intermetal dielectric material change from Silicon Rich Oxide (SRO) to Silicon Nitride (SiN)
-C18 BCDG3 PBODY new tool type qualification from ILINE to DUV.
-Resist volume reduction qualification for cost improvement.
-Responsible for photoresist management on logistic, stock, current and projected usage as well as manage & prevent photoresist expiry.
-C18 BCDG2/3 new developer & PEB recipe qualification for defect reduction & yield improvement.
-Implement Real Time Monitoring parameters for poor coating detection, successfully prevent further wafer scrap / low yield related to photoresist poor coating.
-Process owner for Poly gate & Island (Shallow Trench Isolation)
-Tool ownership for track (Tel Act8) and scanner (ASML PAS5500 /400 /450 /700 /750)
-Development & qualification of new technology, process, tool & process improvement.
-Monitor and maintain good control on qualified Lithography process, line sustaining and support manufacturing for smooth operations
-Yield improvement projects and process troubleshooting
-Qualified new Barc & RRC material for existing and new process
-Automated Process Correction development
-Cost reduction project for Barc & Resist volume reduction
Responsible for piping design, catalogue and specifications administration, piping detail design, preparing and updating Isometric drawings, feasibility study report, basic and detailed engineering design, cost estimation & material take off.
